No Monday post...
Had computer drive issues over the weekend. :(
Got a new drive with RAID but now have to baby the other to get the files on it off and hope it doesn't go totally belly up before I do. Eek!

Anyway, some pics!

The canals at Las Colinas.

Some lovely European style buildings there.

The sky is ever changing

I'm always trying for that sun through the trees look. lol.

Some beautiful and colorful flowers. Saw these a lot as a kid

This one looks like I've done something to it, doesn't it? But I didn't. Came out weird all on its own. Heh heh

The sushi chef at Wasabi and Wok went all out this day. It was so adorable!!!

Weird lamp - but the layered things looked interesting.

It allowed for a weird photo like this one. :)

 Have an awesome day!

This photo by Alexey Trofimov on his site is totally amazing. It may not seem like it at first, but look closer. The lake is frozen and is now showing a solitary crack. The crack itself is fascinating. The frozen body of water around it, even more so. He's got a lot of great stuff on his site to peruse.

Tintype Portraits of Celebrities at the Sundance Film Festival - article by Michael Zhang at PetaPixel. Photography by Victoria Will. What a neat undertaking! She got pics of a number of popular peeps!

Happy Wednesday!

Hope everyone is warm and dry. Cause the weather seems determined to make it different. :(
Went digging through my photos as I've been bad with tracking what I've shared and what I haven't. I'll add a few others just in case as well. heh heh

The sky can really be so impressive at times.

A cloudnami? Heh heh

Could be a cloud beach too.

Totally fits that old "the sun was like molasses" line, don't you think?

Sky prism!

Texas always gets such fluffy clouds!

Thanksgiving Eve!
Having dreams of the food yet? Heh heh.

Won't torment you with my stuff this week so you'll have at least one thing to be thankful for. :P

Village Chief by David Lazar at Earthshots.org

Love the colors and composition, but utterly love his expression. :)

David's site is pretty cool. He's got photographs from all over.

The Matron by Alex Chamberlain at Earthshots.org.

There's something incredibly relaxing about this shot.

Looks like Alex is part of Blue Desert Digital. They do 3D visualization as well as Multimedia Production. Pretty cool!

I thought the promo pic for the time lapsed video associated with this work pretty cool! If you have time, go check out the video. From PetaPixel - Hyperlapse Captures Four Graffiti Artists Covering An Entire Warehouse.

Also from PetaPixel - Creative Photos of Figurines Going About Their Miniature Lives in Our Big World - article by DL Cade. Photography by Kurt and Edwige Moses.

These are just too cool! They have a bunch more at Un Petit Monde

May you have a Happy Thanksgiving!
